If you have a proven track record of success and are looking for a fun, positive team environment, we want to hear from you About the Role: The Service Advisor provides excellent customer service by initiating automotive services and repairs, identifying performance problems, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining records. Who You Are: Experience : 2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Tech Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS) Customer Care Skills : Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Process and Organization: Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, efficient at time management to make sure tasks are completed in a timely manner What your day will look like: Customer Service : Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs Inspections and Quotes : Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software. Warranty and Contracts : Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers. Communication and Follow-Up : Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status. Maintenance Recommendations : Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history.
