Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine needs and strengths
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans for children and families
Provide counseling and support to children and their parents on coping strategies and family dynamics
Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to secure resources for families
Advocate for children's rights and ensure their needs are met in all situations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with regulations
Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with best practices and policies in child welfare
Requirements
A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution
Valid social work license in the relevant state
Experience working with children and families, preferably in a social work or community service setting
Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and social service systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office tools

Pay Per Hour: £24.08
