What you'll do
This role is responsible for ensuring our core services are delivered consistently, safely, on-time, and meet the highest quality standards. Able to effectively and efficiently manage several customer deliverables simultaneously both within assigned region and globally as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (both regionally and globally) as well as external stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations.
The day-to-day
* Personally commit to and affirm the Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals.
* Takes responsibility for assignments and actively executes while maintaining quality standards. Generates assignments to internal departments to meet customer requirements. Uses established processes to successfully deliver projects and services.
* Serve as the immediate point of contact and interface effectively with customers, both internal and external, to understand customer requirements and provide updates on scheduling, dispatches, customer requests for service, and work order completion.
* Single point responsible for setting up all communications inclusive of timeline, audience and content.
* Manage changes to scope of work and formulate action plans to ensure successful delivery to the customer.
* Coordinate both personnel and equipment to and from the job-site in a safe and timely manner.
* Manage costs associated with internal/external resources and materials.
* Uses time management skills to facilitate the scheduling and achievement of daily tasks and assignments.
* Stays current on the status of all assigned service orders to enable prompt and accurate reporting to all questions and/or problems.
* Communicates with appropriate departments regarding customer complaints that could develop into product issues, customer dissatisfaction or major product failures.
* Required to report and document all failures with installation and/or service related items to management.
* Timely review and verification of the accuracy for all documentation related to assigned orders. Ensures all documentation is delivered to the appropriate departments and/or required document locations.
* Perform follow up discussions with the customer at the end of projects and service work to determine and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follows all customer and governmental HS&E policies and regulations. Person is responsible for reporting all accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions involving not only themselves but those personnel they oversee.
* Ability to travel to remote service centers to collaborate with customers or to audit site installations.
* Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Formal electronic training or equivalent experience
Knowledge
* Microwave and Satellite product service and implementation
* Good work experience in the oil and gas industry (land or offshore) or equivalent
Skills

* SAP B1 a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
Description: This position requires a moderate amount of stamina with the ability to perform the above essential job functions and within timetables. Some overtime work may be required.
Lifting: The employee must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally for short durations.
Carrying: The employee must be able to carry up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally for short distances.
Pushing/Pulling: The employee must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally usually from desk level to floor or floor to desk level.
Other Physical Requirements: Upper extremity usage, motor coordination, range of motion, vision, hearing and balance should be in a range to safely preclude the harm or injury to the employee in this position or the harm or injury to other employees.
Environmental Considerations: The employee will in most cases work in a central air-conditioned building; however, may be exposed to dust, fumes or gases and to changes of weather when exposed to outdoors at job sites or other locations.
