You will join the Integrated Bulk Operations Center (IBO Center), a very engaged, diverse and dynamic community of Bulk Logistics (20 people) located in 4 locations (Birmingham, Brussels, Malmo and Oulu) and operating the supply chain for 8 different countries.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As Bulk Logistics Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will analyze our bulk logistics processes and make suggestions on how to improve them. You will work with your colleagues and other departments in order to recognize opportunities, making and implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.
You will support a dynamic team by understanding and improving the complex and interconnected processes within the supply chain.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Improve Month-end close process
* Lead the month end closure process in close collaboration with business control
* Lead C-IMP project to simplify and improve the month end closure process and associated administrative and reporting tasks
* Ensure our data quality remains at high level by:
o Monitoring it and launching corrective actions
o Owning processes and roles & responsibilities
o Training and supporting the team
o Giving monthly updates to management
* Performance monitoring and analysis:
o Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs
o Propose actions for improvement (C-IMP)
Objectives / Results expected:
* Design a new simple and robust month-end close process
* All month end closure tasks are handled correctly and timely
* Data quality actively monitored and at highest level
* Data Quality procedures and SOPs up to date and dispatchers trained
* Performance monitored and actions launched to improve
* Assist colleagues in their operational tasks
* Reports up to date and reporting timely done

* Business School background (field of specialization: logistics, data analyst)
Profile:
* Analytical
* Able to communicate with different levels

* Strong with Excel, Google Sheet and Power BI (preferable with experience in building dashboards)
* Independent

* Proactiveness
* Experience with project management/continuous improvement is a plus
English proficiency is mandatory.
