Executive Assistant to Board Directors

Position Overview
Tyler Grange Group Limited are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the board. Managing key directors to enable them to lead the smooth operation of board activities, you will act as a key point of communication between the board, senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the board, including managing detailed schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and filing expenses.
2. Handle and filter correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and deal with confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
3. Be detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence; proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the board.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements related to board operations, acting as a liaison between the board, senior executives and external stakeholders.
5. Prepare, distribute and maintain meeting agendas, presentations, reports and documentation, filing documentation and following up on actions with agreed responsibilities and deadlines.
6. Assist in the coordination and execution of board-initiated projects and initiatives, tracking progress on strategic objectives and providing regular updates to the board.
7. Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ensure meeting rooms, equipment and materials are prepared, catered for when required, and available.
9. Manage multiple items of work and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, working for multiple directors.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting board level executives/directors, or willingness to train.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity and communication tools (i.e. Forms/polls, Teams/SharePoint) or a willingness to undertake training.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Flexible approach to change.
6. Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
7. CRM reports and dashboard creation/presentation.
8. Desire for learning and self-development.
