We are looking for an experienced and motivated Contact Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
This role plays a critical part in supervising and supporting contact arrangements during family time sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise contact sessions between children and their families, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
2. Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and confidentiality during contact sessions.
3. Communicate with families, social workers, and relevant professionals to ensure appropriate support and coordination of services.
4. Write and maintain accurate reports and documentation in line with Tidal’s guidelines.
5. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during contact, reporting concerns to senior management as necessary.
6. Provide emotional support to families and individuals during contact sessions, where needed.
7. Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
