This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive industry experience and a proven track record in commercial management within the freight forwarding sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the freight forwarding industry.
