The Dutch Client Service Associate will be a key member of our client services team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing daily tasks, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily tasks and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and other stakeholders
* Partner directly with top banks to assist with administrative and operational tasks
* Gain exposure to other European countries' businesses and help Investment Counsellors with relationship management
* Help produce reports based on the current situation of prospective clients

Requirements

* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus)
* Native/Fluent Dutch and English skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email with a focus on client service
* Commitment to maintaining quality of work while sticking to a timeline
