Hybrid working hours per week - Monday to Friday – Glasgow area
Experience in the Air or Ocean Freight Forwarding industry is essential for this role

What you'll be doing
Liaising with our global teams, suppliers and customers you'll be managing global shipments from door-to-door. Responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating shipments within the DHL network and external suppliers
* Ensuring quality standards are met
* All aspects of customer services
About you
With experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, you'll have the commercial awareness and confidence to interact and negotiate with airlines and suppliers. In addition, you'll:
* Be knowledgeable in exports/imports and related processes
* Have Customer Service experience in transport/logistics/freight forwarding
* Be self-driven and disciplined with the ability to work independently
* Be organised and able to handle change and multi-task
* Have strong numerical skills to undertake manual calculations
* Be continuous improvement conscious - identifying risk areas
* Be able to work cross-functionally and with multiple projects simultaneously
* Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
