Job Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established global company within the Birmingham area.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the logistics and supply chain sector and possess a can-do attitude to join this amazing team!
Main Duties and Tasks:
1. Generating leads for our software solutions for the optimisation and digitisation of logistics processes to companies from various industries throughout the UK & Ireland and the Nordic Countries.
2. Identifying potential customers and approaching them through various channels.
3. Developing and implementing strategies for outbound lead generation in close collaboration with your manager.
4. Managing the inbound lead generation process in collaboration with our local marketing function.
5. Identifying and generating new business leads using marketing tools to build and develop PTV's portfolio.
6. Preparing and executing telesales campaigns to help generate new business.
7. Offering support to our Field Sales operation in the qualification and progression of leads.
Person Specifications:
1. Excellent communication & sales skills
2. A pro-active and can-do attitude
3. Able to prioritise your own workload
4. Enjoys working as part of a team as well as on own initiative
5. An understanding of the Logistics and Supply Chain sectors is required
6. Good skills in Microsoft 365 and the use of a CRM system
