Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will be: Daily reconciliation of the Office Account Manage various journals as directed by Head of Accounts Weekly purchase ledger supplier payments Raise queries with internal and external clients Adhoc financial reporting (forecasting and spend) Post and code supplier invoices to relevant nominal / departmental codes Take credit card payments Filing invoices Match credit notes Key Skills and Experience of the successful Finance Assistant: Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role would be desired Resilient and able to work well under pressure Demonstrate reliability, organisation and ability to work as part of a team Has a strong attention to detail Good numeracy and IT skills We are offering: Joining salary is negotiable dependant on experience and reviewed annually Free HealthShield cover after 3 months Clear career path and development opportunities with additional earning potential We are a forward-thinking solicitors, GloverPriest takes the time to understand individual needs and find creative solutions for any challenge.
