Academic Progress Coach – The Role
1. Deliver 1:1 catch-up sessions
2. Work for the full academic year in one school
3. Support pupils in small groups and monitor pupil progress
4. Earn £425 – £500 per week (term time only), working as an Academic Progress Coach
5. Monday – Friday school hours (term time)
6. Feed back to class teachers and SLT
7. Vital school-based experience for those considering teacher training

Person Specification – Academic Progress Coach
14. First Class or 2:1 degree classification in an academic subject
15. Tutoring/mentoring experience is desirable
