Your Role as a Food Technology Teacher:
✔ Teach engaging lessons in Food Technology from KS3 to KS5, focusing on nutrition, culinary skills, and sustainability.
✔ Encourage students to explore a variety of cooking techniques, recipes, and food cultures.
✔ Organize and lead extracurricular activities related to food, such as cooking clubs, food fairs, and competitions.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to integrate food education with broader subjects such as health, science, and sustainability.
✔ Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified Food Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for food education.
✔ Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary school level.
✔ Creative, enthusiastic, and able to inspire students in practical lessons.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
