We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work three days a week, covering Wednesday to Friday, providing high-quality teaching support across all key stages.
Responsibilities
* Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
* Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with teachers to create and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
* Support the assessment and tracking of pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of interventions for pupils requiring additional support.
* Uphold and promote the school’s policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management.
Minimum Requirements
* Qualification: HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Experience: Proven experience working within a primary school setting and covering all key stages.
* Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and organisational skills.
* Commitment: A proactive attitude and dedication to supporting the development and well-being of all pupils.
