Your Mission:
The Merchant Solutions Advisor will be responsible for working closely with our merchants to resolve onboard Merchants swiftly and to ensure they understand contractual terms, you will also provide ongoing support to the Merchants with day-to-day activities to support our Sales colleagues in maintaining a mutual respectful relationship.
Your Quests Include:
* Provide thorough onboarding for new Merchants.
* Provide Support and guidance to Merchants and resolve any queries.
* Work alongside internal teams to manage the administration of deals which will include updating systems to ensure accurate information for customers when purchasing Merchant deals.
* Investigate and review payment summaries.
* Work alongside our Sales Colleagues to ensure understanding of business profiles.
Who you are:
* Essential knowledge of Microsoft office suite i.e.: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
* Customer Service/Administration background would be advantageous.
* Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy
* The ability to communicate effectively – both verbal and written form
* The ability to multitask and handle several queries simultaneously.
* Ability to prioritise tasks.
* Show initiative, motivation and focus
* Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
