Job Description
Position Overview: The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be proficient in using Azure and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide service desk support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Manage and maintain user accounts using Active Directory.
4. Configure and manage cloud services with Azure.
5. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Required Experience and Skills:
6. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.
7. Proficiency in using and managing Azure and Active Directory.
8. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
10. Relevant IT certifications
