Position: Front of House Assistant

You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, possess good communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
We are looking for applicants who are polite, enthusiastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers/members in person and over the telephone.
2. Operate Front of House computer systems, including bookings and processing payments for point of sale products.
3. Assist in the process of new Swimming Lesson enrollment and Gym Memberships in line with company procedures.
4. Serve, prepare, and cook food/beverages in accordance with the Centre's requirements.
Full induction training will be given prior to the commencement of employment.
