About the role As Audit & Regulation Manager with us, youll play a key role in leading and managing the Exemplar Health Care Quality Assurance Framework, supporting our companys digital transformation, and ensuring that regulatory requirements are met in line with the CQC Single Assessment Framework. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: demonstrating a strong regulatory knowledge and role model Exemplar Health Cares values and person-centred ethos leading and managing the regulatory and quality assurance process being the regulatory subject matter expert in all external regulatory requirements undertaking regular audits and assessments to assess performance against regulatory requirements, internal standards and company policies producing detailed audit reports following each audit and assessment and identify areas for improvement and actions to support operational internal stakeholders undertaking digital performance reviews (on-site or remotely) aimed to drive continuous improvement providing guidance and support to colleagues on quality assurance and governance processes. Youll also have: proven experience in a similar level quality or regulatory role within the health care sector (ideally a minimum of 3 years post NMC registration experience) an ability tomaintain an up-to-date and detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements experience of undertaking regular audits and assessments to assess performance against regulatory requirements, internal standards and company policies an understanding of MCA and DoLs processes and procedures.
