Job Overview : As a Junior Product Coordinator, you will support the execution of our product roadmap by assisting cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and operations—in delivering product improvements, new innovations, and automation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product development processes, coordinating feedback, and helping to drive customer-centric enhancements. Key Accountabilities Assist in managing and updating the product roadmap to align with business goals. Gather and analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements. Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate smooth product rollouts. Support the creation of user stories, requirements, and feature specifications. Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements based on data insights. Assist in testing new features and troubleshooting issues before release. Help manage internal documentation, product guides, and training materials. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Education A degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required). Professional Certification (Nice to Have) Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications. Experience 1 years in product coordination, product management, or a similar role (internships or project experience also considered). Experience working in tech-driven, SaaS, or operationally complex businesses is a plus. Technical Skills Strong analytical mindset —comfortable interpreting product data and user insights. Basic understanding of code, Agile methodologies, Jira, or project management tools. Exposure to AI, UX/UI principles or product design is a bonus. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously .
