R13 has the pleasure of assisting a well-established charity in their search for a Fundraising Manager. You will take ownership of the charity’s fundraising activities, developing and implementing strategies across individual giving, corporate partnerships, major gifts, and community fundraising. Your role will be pivotal in securing essential income, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring best practices in fundraising. Salary is highly competitive with a comprehensive benefits package; location is Norwich City Centre, 37.5 hrs per week, flexible on working hours. This charity places its people at the centre of everything they do. The day-to-day Develop and execute fundraising strategies, drive sustainable income growth across multiple fundraising streams. Build donor relationships - engage and nurture key supporters, ensuring donor satisfaction and long-term support. Campaign and event management - plan and deliver successful fundraising initiatives. Grants and trusts - identify, apply for, and secure grant funding. Financial and compliance oversight - manage budgets, track performance, and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations. Essential: Extensive experience as a Fundraising Manager. Passionate about making a real difference in the charity sector. Able to demonstrate and show past income generation success. Experienced in meeting/exceeding targets. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and pitches. Experience in managing events, corporate partnerships, and grant applications. Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive fundraising growth. A desire and energy to get out into the local community and be visible. Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
