We're on the hunt for a Customer Care Team Leader to join and help lead our energetic, fun, and driven Customer Care team — a team we truly believe to be at the heart of everything we do.

Working Hours
Schedule: There will be two days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday - we believe in building in-person connections), on which we have our weekly all-hands meeting (most of your colleagues are in), and three days optionally working from home.

The process
We want to be completely upfront and honest. There will be a three-stage interview process so you know we're the right fit for you and we know you're the right fit for us. The first stage will be with our people team, and the second stage will be with two colleagues from the Customer Care team. If successful, a final third stage would be an informal chat with our Customer Care Lead.
