We are committed to helping every student overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team. As a Maths Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic progress, fostering a love for numbers, and helping them succeed in their studies. You will deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND, helping them achieve qualifications and reach their full potential. As a Maths Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities and needs. Encourage a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and develop students' problem-solving skills. Adapt lesson plans to accommodate students' individual learning needs, including those with SEND. Build positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their academic and personal growth. Help students prepare for and achieve qualifications such as SATs or GCSEs. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in Maths. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEND and strategies to support them in learning. Patience, empathy, and excellent relationship-building skills. A commitment to helping students achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
