Office Administrator

Google, Samsung, Amazon, Barclays, BT, EON, Siemens
Our continued growth has created an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our family-run business.
The main duties will comprise general administration alongside accounting responsibilities which include:
General Admin:
* General risk assessments
* H&S log (fire drills, accident book)
* Van servicing
* Insurances
* Supplier contracts (utilities etc)
Basic HR duties:
* Logging sickness and holiday
* Recruitment
* Employee contracts
* Booking relevant training
Some basic accounting:
* Calculating wage hours (to be supplied to accountants)
* Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage
* Raising and inputting sales invoices
* Credit card reconciliation and import
* Preparing cash flow
Essential skills:
* Full Microsoft Office Suite
* Good telephone manner
* Administration experience
* Strong numeracy skills
Preferred skills:
* Sage experience is preferable but not essential
This position is a permanent, part-time role with an hourly rate of £13 per hour.
