We're seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a commissioning or quality background to join a hyperscale data centre project in County Kerry.
This is a 12-month contract role estimated to start in May working for a leading MEP subcontractor, delivering critical infrastructure to the highest standards.
Ideal for someone from a mechanical or electrical trade background who has moved into supervision, coordination, or quality roles on large-scale MEP projects. Data centre experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP works across site, ensuring alignment with project schedules
Support the commissioning process, working closely with commissioning agents and vendors
Drive quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) across all mechanical and electrical systems
Review and manage ITPs, method statements, and risk assessments
Liaise with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Track progress and report regularly to the project management team
Assist in identifying and closing out snag lists and commissioning issues
Ensure all works meet data centre specifications and mission-critical standards
Requirements:
Mechanical or Electrical trade background (preferred)
Proven experience in MEP coordination, QA/QC, or commissioning roles
Data centre or mission-critical project experience highly desirable
Strong knowledge of MEP systems-HVAC, BMS, fire suppression, electrical distribution, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to interpret drawings, technical documents, and specifications
Proactive approach to quality and system performance
