About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed ServiceNow partner, providing cutting-edge digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. With a strong presence in the UK and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow Sales Director to drive growth, expand market share, and build strategic client relationships.
Role Overview
As the ServiceNow Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to craft and execute a high-impact sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the ServiceNow market.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
* Work closely with ServiceNow to leverage partnerships, co-sell opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in key sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
* Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements and a seamless sales-to-delivery process.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
* Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and report on key metrics to leadership.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record of success in selling ServiceNow solutions, ideally within a partner or consultancy environment.
* Strong network and relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including customers and ServiceNow account teams.
* Ability to develop and execute complex enterprise sales strategies.
* Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow products and their value propositions, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITOM.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally in a PE-backed business.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
