Role: Care Assistant
Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Setting: Luxury Care Home (Small)
Salary: £12.72 per hour - Overtime paid at +£4 per hour
Hours: Full Time/Part Time - Days available up to 42hrs

Toni at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) to join a fantastic team at a Luxury Care Home in Chipping Norton. The home is a luxury small award-winning nursing and residential home with retirement properties situated in beautiful, eye-catching gardens and surroundings, it boasts the very best in person-centred resident care and is consistently rated GOOD by the CQC. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
Role description:
You will support the residents of the home in living a happy and healthy life with exceptional standards and personalised care. You will be involved with various aspects of the home to ensure that in every single way our residents receive the highest quality of care possible and no two days will be the same.
Skills/Experience required
• Previous experience within an Elderly/Dementia/Mental Health setting preferred but not essential
• NVQ Level 1 - Desirable but not essential
• A real passion and dedication for care
