Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Supervisor to join our Facilities Team at Walkergate Park, Camous for Ageing and Vitality and Central Community. This post will be offered at 37.5 hours per week, working over a 7-day rota.
Main Duties of the Job
1. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a team of Soft FM staff.
2. Provide advice and support to all wards and departments on an identified site, ensuring an effective Soft FM service is provided.
3. Support Assistant and Site Manager with team briefs.
4. Maintain effective communication and good relationships within the department and with all other service users.
5. Provide and receive information to manage hygiene and cleanliness.
6. Liaise with other Supervisors within the Company.
7. Supervise other areas of facilities as required.

Pay: Band A (£13.39 per hour). We pay a 25% enhancement for hours worked during Saturdays and Sundays.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills
* Knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire, Lifting/Handling, and Risk Assessment Regulations.
* Experience with cleaning techniques and methods.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience
* Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse staff.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds 764, NVQ, or BICS trained.
* Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to achieve.
