Job Title: Senior Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead and manage our client's digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects that are critical to our client's growth and operational efficiency.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the service industry, a solid understanding of digital transformation, and a proven track record in agile project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
* Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints.
* Provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
* Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes by the operational and engineering teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
* Strong background in the service industry, preferably with experience in sectors involving field operations, maintenance, or engineering.
* Proven experience in delivering digital solutions that drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer service, and support business growth.
* A degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
* Willingness to travel across the UK, particularly for project meetings in Yorkshire and Northampton.

Must be available to go into the Bradford office 2-3 per week, ideally based close to West Yorkshire. The role also requires travel to other offices around the UK.
