They are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Registered Manager to oversee the operation of a residential home based in Halifax. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and personal development. Oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements. Create a positive and nurturing environment that empowers young people to achieve their full potential. Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the home remains a centre of excellence. Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver exceptional care. Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development for your team. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting, ideally working with young people with complex needs. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and support.
