Hays HR are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor to work for a company based in Wakefield.
This role is varied, supporting the HR Manager, providing end to end HR support together with supporting the line managers at the site with HR queries.
You will be covering full scope of employee relations, compensations and benefits, resource management, and training & development.
Be capable of working with minimal supervision whilst being part of the team.
A HR generalist with recent HR Advisory experience expertly advising on employee relations such as absence management, grievances, investigations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, face to face) with great attention to detail
• Strong experience of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Confident in guiding line managers on policies, procedures, processes etc
•
