As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:
* Perform the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Manage people and processes within the theatre environment
* Utilise your orthopaedic scrub experience to ensure high standards of care
* Support the development and training of junior staff
* Maintain current NMC/HCPC registration
* Optionally, hold a Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA)
