Your new role Reporting to an exceptional commercial manager and director who are well respected, this is a role which will allow you to develop your skillset towards Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond. Your initial role will involve working on some existing projects and getting them commercially closed, but as time progresses you will get exposed to newer projects commencing in Glasgow and Edinburgh. This will involve working with the operational team in terms of procurement, methodology and will allow you to get fully embedded in these new projects as they commence. These projects are residential in nature and are typically blocks of flats working with both private and public sector developers. What you'll need to succeed Our client is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor, perhaps a sharp Assistant QS seeking to step who is looking to work for experts in this space.
