Job Profile
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 Personal Move Assistants, driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in growing the business, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and regional teams. The role offers a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and achieve business success in a results-driven environment.
Duties
* Achieve team KPIs by generating new listing opportunities
* Enhance team performance through training and development
* Drive business growth by managing the sales process and ensuring client retention
* Conduct 1:1 performance reviews, return-to-work meetings, and new starter inductions
* Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and regional teams
* Ensure administrative tasks are completed for regional branches
* Promote the company’s brand values and operate within company standards
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a sales, estate agency, lettings, or contact centre environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets

Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM on a rota
* 1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu
