Branding Coordinator Permanent Part time (18-20 hours) £24,000 pro rata
Our client are a long standing, super friendly B2B supplier of premium products. Established in 2007 they have had huge success with some of the biggest and most exclusive brands.
After an exciting period of growth, in both product range and customer base, we're looking for an new member of staff to join the team in the role of Branding Coordinator.
Working within the branding team, and collaborating with all departments within the firm this is a collaborative role! You'll support on a wide range of administrative tasks and work directly with customer and suppliers.
* Managing customer orders that are having logos added to them
* Liaising with internal staff and the branding manager and team.
* Managing emails to / from customers for logo approvals.
* Creating visuals and logo approval documents
* Good attention detail.
* Good communication skills with team members.
* Working with adobe and photoshop – so pc literacy is important.
The ideal Branding Coordinator will have experience within a similar role, but this is not essential as full training will be given! However, you will be detail conscious, work methodically, have excellent attention to detail and will be confident with communication across directors, colleagues, customers and suppliers.
* Work well autonomously as well as within a team
* Handle and prioritise a range of administrative tasks
* Good organisational and analytical application
