Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality diagnostic services in Cellular Pathology.
* Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support clinical services.
* Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure the correct use of equipment.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* IBMS accredited Biomedical Sciences degree (or equivalent degree accredited with IBMS).
* Current HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
* IBMS Specialist Diploma in Cellular Pathology or equivalent level of knowledge.
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret laboratory results.
* Experience in Cellular Pathology or similar laboratory-based discipline is desirable.
