Business Development Manager - Logistics – Camberley – Hybrid – Up to £40k basic + uncapped commission
We are currently working with a successful logistics business that offers a full solution to its clients. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join their team.

You will have full autonomy and ownership of your sales cycle, including hunting for your own leads, arranging client meetings, closing deals, and account management.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their proactive sales attributes in both professional and personal settings, rather than solely relying on experience.
All you need is some sales experience! We will consider B2C or B2B backgrounds—call centre, events, estate agency, car sales, travel sales, recruitment, lead generation, telemarketing, and other telesales roles.

Role Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and deliver a sales strategy
Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and events
Arrange video or face-to-face meetings to explain and offer solutions
Account manage clients to ensure retention
Work closely with other departments to deliver a strong service
Skills and Experience:
Previous sales experience
Self-motivated and resilient individual
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritise as required
Ability to work using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
