THE JOB ROLE We are looking for a User Researcher who can navigate both B2C and B2B research contexts, gathering valuable insights into a diverse range of user needs, behaviours, and motivations. This role will involve planning and conducting research across individual consumers (healthcare professionals and patients) and business users, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. You will mentor/coach product managers, designers and cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with both consumer and enterprise user needs that deliver exceptional user experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop research frameworks that accommodate the needs of both B2C users and B2B SaaS customers. Plan and conduct research studies, including participant recruitment, user interviews, surveys, usability testing and customer feedback sessions tailored to each audience. Analyse research data to identify trends, pain points and opportunities specific to B2C consumers and B2B stakeholders. Map user journeys and create personas for both consumer users and business customers, helping guide design and product strategy. Present research findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, emphasising insights that impact both consumer experience and business customer satisfaction. Conduct user testing to validate design concepts, focusing on intuitive user flows for consumers and efficient, value-driven experiences for B2B clients. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate research insights into actionable product improvements. Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process, ensuring digital services are inclusive, accessible and align with the needs of diverse user groups. Stay up-to-date with UX research best practices and mentor the product management team to move to a mode of continuous discovery. ABOUT YOU The following expertise and experience are required: 3 years of experience in user research, with experience in both B2C and B2B research contexts. Understanding of healthcare systems and experience in researching Healthcare Practitioners as well as patients. Proven experience conducting user research using a variety of methodologies tailored to consumer and enterprise audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into insights for diverse user groups. Ability to translate complex research findings into practical recommendations for both consumer-facing and business-focused products. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders from both consumer and enterprise backgrounds.
