SEN Sports Coach Teaching Personnel are looking for a enthusiastic Primary school SEN Sports Coach, who is committed to providing children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) the opportunity to engage in sports and physical activities in a safe, supportive, and fun environment to foster teamwork, and improve motor skills. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver fun, inclusive, and engaging sports sessions tailored to children with SEN. Adapt activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of each child. Develop a positive and encouraging environment, ensuring all children feel safe and supported. Monitor and support the children’s progress, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Communicate with parents and teaching staff as needed to provide updates on the children’s participation and progress. Be proactive in learning and implementing strategies to engage children with SEN effectively. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Enhanced DBS certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt sports activities to various needs and abilities. Willingness to learn and implement new coaching techniques and SEN strategies.
