This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation in public transport ticketing and shape the future of seamless travel. What youll be doing. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements. Develop detailed user stories, workflows and use cases. Translate requirements into clear, actionable specification for technical teams. Identify process improvements and innovative opportunities within the project scope. Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to align stakeholders and teams. Act as the go-to person for ensuring the project aligns with business goals. Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring continuous improvement. What's essential. Proven Business Analysis expertise ideally in transport ticketing or retail Strong end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from pre-project scoping and stakeholder analysis to solution delivery and benefit realisation. Advanced process modelling and optimisation skills, using industry-standard tools and techniques. Supporting transition from the As-Is position to the To-Be state, identifying the approach to be taken. Understanding of technology trends and their application in transport and payments. Excellent communication & relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical problem-solving mindset, adept at balancing strategic objectives with operational needs. Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, delivering innovative solutions within tight deadlines. Location.
