We have an opportunity for a brand licensing Administrator to join the team at our Salford Greater Manchester location on a permanent basis. The successful person will support all departments in the management of licensing across a large portfolio of brands. Responsibilities Attend Licensing industry events, meetings, business reviews and brand showcases Be on the pulse with market trends and be able to spot opportunities for new brands and products Manage the concept approval process in checking and submitting licensor concepts Maintain internal licensing documents including licence /royalty rate spreadsheet & license portfolio sheets Packaging, design & development, manage the packaging updates and folders Manage day to day requests from partners and colleagues Create licensing presentations for both internal and external stakeholders File and update contracts and amendments Complete retail listings for licensors when requested Maximize efficiency by supporting Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities To identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility. To implement improvements, which have been agreed with your Manager. Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security.
