Your new roleYou will be a skilled Social Worker looking to join a highly regarded Safeguarding Team. You will be working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to achieve their desired outcomes. Your responsibilities include conducting S42 Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and collaborating with health professionals and other stakeholders such as carers and advocates. 1. Professional qualification in Social Work
2. Current registration with SWE
3. Successful completion of an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme if qualified as a Social Worker after June 2012
4. Knowledge and experience of current legislation such as The Care Act and The Mental Capacity Act, with a focus on Adult Safeguarding duties
