The Role As a Programme Manager, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary. You would join the Systems Integration and Assurance portfolio, which sits, within the Defence Digital Business Stream. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of customer-funded projects, providing oversight of project delivery by Project Managers within the team. Key focus areas for this role will be the development of the business steam strategic plan, business winning, and delivery leadership. Day-to-day you will: Own and develop the business stream strategic plan Develop and maintain positive engagement and relationships with customers, partners and suppliers Maintain forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects expectations for the work Apply governance and assurance requirements (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews as appropriate) for sales and delivery work This role is full-time, 37 hours per week based out of our Portsmouth office with adaptive working options.
