Job Description:
S10Home, a UK-based customisable wooden furniture brand, is seeking a highly skilled B2B Trade & Contract Manager to lead its expansion in the trade and contract markets. This role will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in commercial projects, including architects, interior designers, and property developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets in the B2B market, driving revenue through large-scale trade partnerships.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the trade and contract sectors, including hospitality, offices, and commercial spaces, across the UK and Europe.
* Build and nurture relationships with key B2B stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers.
* Oversee and manage large-scale contract projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
* Represent S10Home at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and building a strong network.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and project specifications.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to enhance our B2B strategy.
Requirements:
* High energy result-driven approach
* Proven experience in B2B sales, trade, or contract management, ideally within the furniture, design, or interior industries.
* Strong network within the architecture, interior design, or property development sectors.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of the UK and European markets, with experience working across different regions.
