A bit about the job: As a Change Lead you will support the Operations & Property workstream under IWRs Plan A programme, working with colleagues to deliver key transformational change. Our role is to understand the impact of the changes, help shape the solutions and implement the change in a timely and compliant way to ensure our Operations teams are well prepared. You will keep your stakeholders informed whilst working with project teams to deliver to the project timeline and scope effectively & efficiently. We focus on strategy and work collaboratively with a variety of Change, Delivery, Operations, Propositional and Governance teams to implement a challenging roadmap of change activity. You will form part of a talented team that is eager to learn and develop. We have high professional standards and are not afraid to experiment with new ways of working and challenge the norm. We work to clear purposes & principles to ensure we deliver consistently as a team in the fast-paced world of operational change.
