Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will implement the firm's BD strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop work-winning strategies and client initiatives.
This is a varied role requiring the successful candidate to work strategically and tactically, with responsibilities including:
* End-to-end management of high-value pitch projects, from initial draft to post-pitch feedback.
* Undertaking extensive client and market research, sharing insights and key information to support client targeting initiatives.
* Coordinating client events.
* Analysing client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Providing direction, advice, and coaching to fee earners on business development activities and best practice.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
* Experience in developing new business opportunities, gained in a professional services environment.
* Keen interest in the real estate sector.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
