Across Preston postcodes - PR1, PR2, PR3, PR4, PR5. Your Key Responsibilities: Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development. Promoting pupils' social and emotional well-being. Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences. Assisting with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs). What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting children or adults, whether in an educational setting or elsewhere. Familiarity with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
