Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a thriving private award-winning house developer based in Exeter who are looking for an experienced Development / Senior Development Coordinator to join their team.
Due to ongoing growth within the business, my client is seeking an experienced Development Coordinator to join their Technical team. The successful candidate will serve as the technical lead for live projects at various stages of their life cycle.

Duties:
1. You will be reporting into the head of technical.
2. You will be assisting Land, Sales, Commercial, and Build teams at all stages of the project.
3. Coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and 3rd party suppliers' designs and ensuring drawing issues are up to date.
4. Ensuring S38, S278, and S104 technical approvals are achieved early in the project and assist the progression of section agreements through to completion.
5. Tendering and appointing utility contractors for your projects.
6. Managing building regulations submissions to the NHBC and clearing conditions.
7. Assisting in the discharging of planning conditions and ensuring S106 obligations are met.
8. Chairing pre-development project meetings and attending site and HA meetings throughout the build phase.
What you will need:
1. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role.
2. Knowledge and understanding of the major functions within the remit of Technical services and how they impact on site acquisition and development.
3. Construction/design related HNC/HND/Degree desirable.
4. New build experience in private spec housing is essential.
5. Thorough use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages preferred.
6. Driving licence.
