Join us as our Junior Reward Analyst, where you will provide essential analytical support to the Senior Reward Business Partner and Total Reward Analyst in delivering compensation, benefits, pension, and recognition initiatives.
In this role, you will be the primary escalation point for Reward-related queries and will maintain our Reward data. Your technical expertise will be crucial in conducting job evaluations and benchmarking staff grade roles. Additionally, you will support cyclical Reward processes, including the annual pay review, bonus distribution, and the design of our job architecture framework.
What will I be doing?
* Assist in delivering the annual pay review, bonus activity, and other cyclical reward tasks.
* Complete job evaluations for staff grade roles (L7H and below) promptly and consistently.
* Manage HR system approvals for new positions and changes, ensuring alignment with grading and salary benchmarks.
* Conduct regular external benchmarking surveys.
* Maintain accurate compensation data through audits and collaboration with HR, payroll, and systems teams.
* Review and improve existing reward processes, ensuring full documentation and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
* Act as a point of escalation for reward queries, providing expertise and collaborative solutions.
* Provide accurate MI and analysis from HR systems for external benefits suppliers and internal contacts.
* Maintain employee data for total reward purposes.
* Provide cover for the Total Reward Administrator, Analyst, and Benefit Lead as needed.
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Knowledge in one area of Total Reward (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition, Pension, Wellbeing) with a willingness to upskill in other areas.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and manage HR system approvals.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities to address reward queries and provide collaborative solutions.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to manage cyclical reward tasks and job evaluations promptly.
* Ability to use initiative to deliver results in a demanding environment, ensuring alignment with grading and salary benchmarks.
* Understanding of job evaluation methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson Global Grading, to complete evaluations consistently.
* Keen attention to detail to maintain accurate compensation data through audits and collaboration with HR, payroll, and systems teams.
