You'll keep things running, we'll fast track your career as a Building Services Engineer (Supervisor) in London EC4V 4AB.

What you'll do:
1. Carry out work as a Building Services Engineer on Mechanical Building Service Systems maintenance, including HVAC.
2. Organise and oversee any electrical related work, utilising subcontractors for delivery, both within and outside of operating hours.
3. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
4. Organise maintenance schedules and present information to client in a written form.
5. Have the confidence and ability to liaise with client, landlord teams and subcontractors in a professional manner.
6. Address reactive maintenance issues as they arise and also plan and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes.
7. Work to a 1 week in 2 weeks call out Rota to deal with out of hours emergency responses.
8. Lead and supervise a small but dedicated engineering team.
9. Oversee document management, risk assessments, and provide administrative support to site leadership.
10. Undertake authorized person duties and troubleshoot system malfunctions efficiently.
11. Deputize for the Engineering Manager during absences and support site operations.
What you bring:
1. 18th Edition electrical qualification.
2. Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and mechanical systems, including HVAC, BMS.
3. Ability to take lead in delivering Building Maintenance programmes.
4. Proficiency in IT systems, MS Office, with excellent organizational abilities (you will be using scheduling software).
5. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong familiarity with health & safety regulations.
