What we’re looking for Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration. Experience or a keen interest in dementia and palliative care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care. What your day will look like Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, focusing on dementia and palliative care. Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans, regularly assessing the needs of residents. Provide compassionate and dignified support to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and respectful environment. Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure seamless care delivery. Administer medications and carry out clinical duties, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
